Today I’ve got some really exciting news… Jamie, my soon-to-be wife, is officially joining Level Up! 🎉 We’re both thrilled to step into this next chapter together. It feels like the most natural evolution for our life and this business. And if you don’t know Jamie yet, now’s the perfect time to meet her. She wrote a beautiful article sharing what this change means to her (and for you): So, what does this mean for you?Great question. Since Day One, Level Up has been a solo operation. Many of you have been here for years, and I can’t tell you how much that means to me. Your trust, your stories, and your growth have shaped this business into something I’m deeply proud of. But I’ll be honest: doing everything alone hasn’t always been easy. That’s why Jamie joining now feels like the perfect shift. As we begin our next big life adventure (if you missed it, here’s that story too), we’re building something that aligns with both our values and our vision for the future. Here’s what’s changing: ✅ More of me, doing what I do best: helping you gain clarity, confidence, and control with your money so you can live the life you truly want. ✅ More support behind the scenes: Jamie will be making sure you have the tools, resources, and structure you need to grow and feel secure on your journey. ✅ More personal stories and insights: We’ll be sharing more of our own process; What we’re learning, building, and dreaming up together. Basically, we’re inviting you behind the curtain. You’ll see us experimenting. Trying new things. Messing up. Learning. And building something that makes this space even more helpful and human for you. We’d love to hear from youTwo quick asks: 1️⃣ Let us know what’s landing (or not)We’re making this about you and what you need most. If something resonates, or rubs you the wrong way, tell us. Hey Reader, You ever say this to yourself? “I just need to get through this busy season first…” Maybe it’s work. Maybe it’s the move. Maybe it’s the wedding, the baby, the chaos, the client visit, the back-to-back travel. Whatever it is, it feels like a reasonable delay. Just a little pause before you finally fix your finances, set up your system, or deal with the mental load that’s been draining you for months. But here’s the truth no one talks about: “I'm too busy right now” is usually code...
A six-figure salary is supposed to fix everything, right? So why do so many high-achievers like you still feel behind, overwhelmed, or uncertain? Here's the truth most people chasing the next promotion never stop to admit: If more money hasn't already solved the stress and discontent, more money isn't the solution. If that's you, I want you to know three things: You're not broken. You're not bad with money. You've just got some sticky high-performing residue that no longer serves you. It's...
Reader, I've been doing a lot of reflection lately about why I do this work, the journey that has shaped my life, and what I want for you, and everyone in this community. There is no shortage of advice out there about how to save more, invest smarter, or retire earlier. But none of it matters if you end up building a life that does not fit you. So today, I want to share something I wrote. It is not a tip or a framework. It is what I believe at my core. If it resonates with you, I hope it...
